Adapta Project was founded in 2007 as an experimental curatorial collective which aims to offer an alternate perspective for showing and viewing artistic expression outside of conventional venues.
This collaborative initiative of curating and creating art in response to differing spaces is intended to positively influence and impact the experience of everyone involved, and expand existing opportunities currently available for presenting art. And since the space Adapta Project calls home is the border region, everything the collective does is binational and borderless.
